Polish, Settings, and Accessibility Options

New Features:

• Visual effects for scoring (orb travels to the score counter and it counts up when it arrives)
• Visual effect for VS modes where spawning an evil purin is visually shown (orb flies from your combined purin to their board and shows in their upcoming purin if visible, same for the player's)
• The upcoming purin now show more and the randomization of it (based on tetris) was tweaked a little bit
• There is now a rain graphical effect in the background of the main menus
• The "Exit" button will only show up if playing on Desktop via one of the downloads.
  • It has issues in the web browser, but you can just use the X/close button native to your browser of choice
• The Settings menu now has options to adjust Audio, Language, Graphics, Accessibility Options, and a temporary Controls page (rebinding controls possibly to come in the future)
  • Not all audio sliders are hooked up right now/apply, but the Master volume and Menu volume sliders are working
  • Graphics options allows you turn off the rain or switch to full screen (and back to windowed)
  • Accessibility options let you slow down the game. This is primarily for players that have may have issue playing quick enough to react to the physics due to motor function issues.
  • Accessibility options let you change to a mode that will drop purin at regular intervals (1second for now) until you press the Drop key again. You can switch between dropping or not dropping. This is primarily targetted at people that have difficulty pressing buttons repeatedly.
  • Accessibility options let you toggle Numbers to be displayed on all purin in the game showing what "level" they are. This is primarily for those that find colour and size enough to distinguish them. In the future I'd also like to give them each unique sounds for further vision impaired players.
  • You can toggle the language from the starting main menu screen or from the settings page
  • Toggling the language will update all elements on the spot without needing to reload manually
  • Everything should be translated to Japanese (although probably not perfectly, I did it myself)
